Shirley McDonald

Shirley brings her passion for helping her community to the PARDS team. Growing up on a farm, she is always willing to pitch in where needed and is an advocate for PARDS and the life enhancing programs. Beginning with PARDS in 2022 as the Community Liaison, she developed connections in the community and was instrumental in all our fundraising ventures.

The Community Liaison position gave her the opportunity to learn about PARDS, and lead her to her new position as Executive Director. Shirley’s warm smile and personality are easily found throughout the facility and the community as she meets with staff and community members.
